• Checking refrigerant pressures 

• Checking delta T (difference between supply/return air)

• Checking airflow across air handler/furnace

• Humidity readings across home or business

• Checking for mold/mildew in ductwork

• Checking supply/returns for air leakage 

• Checking for leaks in ductwork
