1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Heritage Air Heating & Cooling website (heritagecooling.com) or by requesting our HVAC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Heritage Air Heating & Cooling provides residential and commercial HVAC services including installation, repair, maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions throughout Beaufort County and Jasper County, South Carolina. All services are performed by licensed technicians under SC Mechanical License #ML115957.

3. Service Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, parts required, and site conditions discovered during service. Any changes to the estimated cost will be communicated and approved by the customer before work proceeds.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of non-emergency appointments. Emergency service calls are available 24/7 and may be subject to after-hours rates.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger installations, financing options may be available. Past-due accounts may be subject to collection fees.

6. Warranties

Heritage Air stands behind our work. Labor warranties are provided on all installations and repairs as specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms. We will assist with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heritage Air Heating & Cooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Property Access & Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to equipment requiring service. Heritage Air is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to power surges, flooding, or acts of nature.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, Heritage Air makes no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of website content. All text, images, and design are the property of Heritage Air Heating & Cooling.

10. Contact Form & Communications

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jasper County, South Carolina.
